Kay,

Your purchase was not from AppWorld, right? You have paid directly through our website.

Please note that the activation code you received after purchasing the product was for one time use and not for multiple activations, that was the reason you were not able to activate your application again. After you remove the software from your device it has no way to know that you installed it on the same device and not on a different one.

Although, you received new activation code already.

Also, please note that our support is handled by humans - here in our company, and it's not outsourced "somewhere else" so sometimes people make mistakes and that could lead to delays.

This site here is to help and not to point fingers at anyone.

... but, yes - you are free to try and use other products, like the mentioned above.

Dear Kay,

You did not purchase your software from AppWorld so your comment here are not appropriate for that particular post.

Although, I was told by our support that they sent you new activation code for your device.

Also, I noticed that here you left incorrect email address. Please make sure that you type your email correctly.

Dear Joe,

Please note that all problems related to downloading the software from AppWorld should be pointed to RIM and not to us, we only provide the files and they are handled by them.

Were you able to download the software on your Storm? It is a supported device.

I wasn't successful using either of those links. I enter those links, it brings up a page on my Storm. I try to click "Open in BlackBerry App World" and nothing happens.

I'm very interested in getting this version and trying it out. I am scheduled to go to Haiti next month and would like to have a portable solution for translation to Creole.

Has the translation software been field tested at all?
