The topic of our presentation was “Practical development of web based services with JSON on mobile J2ME platform” - work environment - NetBeans version 6.8.
This year’s P2P Conference was held in Inter Hotel Veliko Turnovo on April 24 and 25. There were lecturers even from far far away countries - Robert Nyman, Patrick Finch (European marketing manager of Mozilla), Michael Widenius (author of open-source MySQL).
The main topics of P2P Conference were the future of the web, webtech, and blogging. The conference finished with several workshops for WebsiteSpark, JSON on mobile J2ME, and classes in JavaScript.
The Interlecta™ expert team presented their vision for the development of mobile technologies and mobile translation services at the latest edition of the national P2P conference - WebTech 2009.
Interlecta™ speakers delivered three lectures within the mobile applications and marketing module on the following topics:
- Specifics of BlackBerry programming, by Ivaylo Nikolov;
- Web services for mobile devices – J2ME, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Android and BREW, by Ivaylo Nikolov and Neven Boyanov.
- Characteristics of mobile devices applications marketing, by Neven Boyanov.
Continuing the company’s social mission to lend a helping hand for the building, establishment and development of regional IT professionals, and promoting achievements in the field of mobile technologies, Interlecta™ also provided free entrance to students and specialists from Veliko Turnovo and the region who wished to attend the conference.
