Many companies release new products before Christmas and New Year, but we from Interlecta release such after the happy holidays. We also wait for Santa to bring some presents and use the holidays for rest, fun, and winter sports.

It is just now, when everything is quiet and no one sings jingle bells, that we use our working hours to create and release a product or two on App World. It is a brand new advanced version of our Translator for BlackBerry. The gadget has a network diagnostic tool, which will save you time, effort and confusion checking the available connections your BlackBerry and wireless carrier provide, i.e. Interlecta Translator will “know” which connection to choose in order to work properly.

The product has a new interface, better network service, use of Wi-Fi, and the most important - built-in support button. Customers won’t need to visit our homepage in order to contact our support department because they will be able to do this directly from the application. Interlecta is on App World!

This is not the news of course as it has been there for almost four months now. The news is that Interlecta Translator for BlackBerry can now be found in featured items on App World and in Top free on the same site.

Just have a look at featured items or go directly to http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/2009 and click the “get it today” button. Users can send a link to the email they use on their BlackBerry and follow the link to download or visit App World directly from their device and search for Interlecta.

Storm owners will have the chance to have Interlecta Translator on their devices within a few weeks time. The application is available for all other BlackBerry models so users can now freely communicate and “don’t have to miss out on conversations over Twitter, email, text” as one of our users say in a review.

Interlecta is integrated in the menus of the BlackBerry so just by choosing “translate” from options users can have incoming or outgoing SMS or email, or text they have typed themselves translated within seconds:

Up till now more than 85 000 BlackBerry users have the Interlecta Translator on their devices but it is important to know that the application has been released for “free download” for App World users only for a limited period of time. This means that users who download before the end of this period will enjoy using the application free of charge for a whole year. The program code has been partially modified to ensure maximum device compatibility – Interlecta Translator now works on all 81xx, 83xx, 90xx and 96xx BlackBerry devices and runs on both OS 4.2.x and OS 4.6.x. The new translation tool by Interlecta is already available in the online store for BlackBerry applications App World. The Text Translator was presented on App World on the July 23rd 2009 and has been downloaded by hundreds of BlackBerry users for the first several days only.

The new translator by Interlecta includes the functions of some of their previously developed BlackBerry products, namely Email Translator, SMS Translator and Text Translator released on other websites, and some new features. The latest product makes it easy for users to translate all their incoming and outgoing short text messages and emails, as well as texts on the BlackBerry’s screen.

The translation tool is currently available for BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 8900 but we are preparing versions for the rest of BlackBerry’s models.

A new lighter interface and functions built in the menus of the phone make the new translator easy to use and according to feedback from users, quite time and effort saving. Travelers and business people can easily lead their communication and enjoy high quality of the result any time and from every spot in the world as long as they have an active internet connection.
